Welcome to the holiday fundraiser for the Kettering Fairmont Marching Band and Color Guard! All of the items listed below can be made-to-order. with your instrument, name, or even a funny saying! There is a limit of the number of characters you can use on some products due to their size. For earrings, most of them can only fit about 20-24 characters (including spaces) on the blank. For keychains the limit is 25 characters. For tumblers, coffee cups, stadium seats, and tote bags there’s a lot more wiggle room. The items on the website are there for examples of things you can do with them.
All holiday items are also included in the fundraiser. Keep checking back as more items will be added from now until November 7th.

What does "made-to-order" mean?
This means you can make your item one of a kind and add your own twist to it. That can be anything from changing the color and adding a name, or doing something completely different.
How do I tell you what I want on my items?
When you place an online order, please select “made-to-order” under the item. I will send you an email to get the process started. Once your design is done, I will send you an email with a digital mockup to approve before it is made. Please make sure to include your email in your order. The email will come from acdesignorders@gmail.com
I don’t see any items I want, can I create something else?
Making unique items for customers is the best part of this job! If you have an item or design in mind that you don't see, send me an email and we will let you know your options.
Can I add my name to an item?
Yes! If you want to personalize your item with your name we will discuss that by email for the custom items you ordered.
When will my order be ready?
The fundraiser will be open for orders from November 1st to November 18th. After the fundraiser is over, I will begin making the orders. unless you choose to pay for shipping on the website, orders should be ready for pickup on or about November 25th. Distribution of orders will be coordinated by band boosters.
Can I have my order shipped?
You absolutely can have your order shipped! I offer flat rate shipping for $7. You can chose pickup or shipping when you checkout.
