Welcome to the fundraiser for the Valley View High School Marching Band and Color Guard! All of the items listed below can be customized with your instrument, name, or even a funny saying! There is a limit of the number of characters you can use on some products due to their size. For earrings, most of them can only fit about 20-24 characters (including spaces) on the blank. For keychains the limit is 25 characters. For tumblers, coffee cups, stadium seats, and tote bags there’s a lot more wiggle room. The items on the website are there for examples of things you can do with them.

How do I customize/personalize my item(s)?
When you place an online order, please select “custom” under the item you would like customized. I will send you an email to find out what customizations you would like.Please make sure to include your email in your order. The email will come from acdesignorders@gmail.com
Why isn’t there an earring shaped like my instrument?
I tried so hard to get a good selection of shapes, I promise! Many of them would have been too fragile due to the instruments themselves. We can definitely represent your instrument on other earrings/gear though!
I don’t see a choice for my instrument on the round/teardrop shaped earrings, how to do I represent my section/instrument?
Some of the instruments presented some challenges with the designs. Either it was hard to find a design that accurately represented the instrument/section, or the detail of the instrument was completely lost when it was reduced in size to fit on the earring. For those, instruments/sections, we can write the name on the earring. For example, front ensemble would be listed as such on the earring as “Front ensemble”
Can I add my name to an item?
Yes! If you want to personalize your item with your name we will discuss that by email for the custom items you ordered.
When will my order be ready?
The fundraiser will be open for orders from September 23rd to October 6th. After the fundraiser is over, I will begin making the orders. unless you choose to pay for shipping on the website, orders should be ready for pickup on or about October 20th.
